Frequently asked questions
JustCall publishes per-user prices, billed annually - Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 per month - while Business and SalesPro are custom quotes. The Kixie pricing page text we read shows no dollar prices, so you need its trial or a quote to compare cost.
Kixie's multi-line PowerDialer plan can auto-dial up to four numbers in parallel, and its single-line plan dials one at a time. JustCall lists a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines on its SalesPro plan, with a power dialer on Pro.
On Kixie, the dialer you want decides the plan, either Single-Line or Multi-Line PowerDialer. On JustCall, the power dialer starts on Pro at $49 per user per month, and predictive dialing means the custom-quoted SalesPro plan.
Yes. Kixie lists a 7-day free trial with no credit card. JustCall lists a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and says the trial includes 14 days of its AI features.
JustCall lists a minimum of 2 licenses on Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro, and 10 on Business, so one rep cannot sign up. We found no seat minimum listed for Kixie, but we also found no prices, so ask for a quote.
Kixie lists native links to HighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and ActiveCampaign. JustCall names HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, Outreach, Apollo.io and HighLevel. Check each integrations page for what syncs back to the record.
Kixie adds business SMS and call recording across plans, plus add-ons such as ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and DNC compliance. JustCall adds texting, a WhatsApp inbox, IVR menus, call recording and AI call scoring, with coaching starting on Pro Plus.
No. Neither has a native link, so you check the contacts first and then move them across by hand. Will This Person Answer checks US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free.
Export your contacts as a CSV, check them, then load the High chance contacts. Kixie's power dialer page says reps upload a lead list to it. JustCall takes a contact list or your connected CRM. Both vendors' documentation covers the exact import steps.
Keep Bad data contacts out of both dialers. Send Low chance contacts to texting or email first, which both cover, with Kixie's business SMS and JustCall's SMS inbox and bulk messaging. High chance contacts go into the dialing session.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
