  • ZoomInfo uses one export credit per contact exported, per ZoomInfo’s own guide.
  • Column names depend on your plan and export settings. We find the phone columns for you.
  • Grading uses Will This Person Answer credits: one per graded contact.
  • Only US phone numbers are graded. Other rows are skipped and not charged.
  • Will This Person Answer isn’t affiliated with ZoomInfo. It works with your export.

Which ZoomInfo phone column should I grade?

The mobile number first. If a contact has no mobile, send the direct line instead. Only mobiles can be A1.

Will this use my ZoomInfo credits?
