What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor use outside services. Our MCP server gives your AI one tool, analyze_contacts, so it can grade your contacts and tell you who to call first.

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and VS Code have step-by-step guides above. Any other client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP can connect with the URL https://mcp.willthispersonanswer.com.
Do I need an API key?
No. Your tool asks you to sign in with your Will This Person Answer account the first time it connects. If your client can’t sign in with OAuth, send your API key in the Authorization header instead.
Does MCP cost extra?
No. MCP uses the same credits as the API: one credit for each graded contact, with 250 contacts free when you sign up. MCP and the API also share the same limit of 60 requests a minute.
Which phone numbers does it grade?
US phone numbers only. Other numbers are skipped and never charged.
What does each contact come back with?
A grade (A1, A2, A3 or X), a next action (Call First, Call Next, LinkedIn + Email or Remove) and the reason, based on validity, line type, activity, name match and litigation risk. Each call grades up to 100 contacts.
