Click Create app, name it Will This Person Answer and paste this URL:
Sign in with this account. In a chat, open + → Developer mode and pick Will This Person Answer.
Then just ask.
Paste your list or point it at a file. Click a prompt to copy it.
Paste your rows into the chat and ask: “Grade these contacts and list who to call first, with the reason for each.”
A grade, an action and the reason.
For every contact, based on validity, line type, activity, name match and litigation risk.
Valid, name matches, strong activity.
Valid, name matches, activity not confirmed.

I can’t find Developer mode.
It’s in Settings → Apps → Advanced settings in ChatGPT on the web. On Business workspaces, only admins and owners can turn it on. On Enterprise and Edu, an admin grants access.
ChatGPT isn’t using it.
In the chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode and select Will This Person Answer. You can also @mention it.
ChatGPT asks me to confirm first.
ChatGPT can ask for confirmation before it runs a tool. Check the request and approve it to grade your list.
Which ChatGPT plans can use it?
OpenAI’s developer docs list developer mode for Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu accounts on the web. Its help center says full MCP access is currently for Business, Enterprise and Edu, so check your plan.
Does it work in the ChatGPT mobile app?
Not yet. Developer mode is only available in ChatGPT on the web.
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in with your Will This Person Answer account when you add the app.
