Step 1

Export from Apollo

1Search › PeopleFilter to the people you want, or open a saved list.
2Select contactsTick the contacts, then click Export.
3Check the CSV settingsIn “Edit export CSV settings”, keep the phone fields switched on.
4Export recordsDownload the CSV when it’s ready. Big exports can take a few minutes.

Send it to us

Upload the CSVDrop the export into the web app. We find the name and phone columns for you.

Apollo’s export has several phone columns. Here’s what to send.
