Aloware vs JustCall: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Aloware and JustCall are both cloud phone systems that put calling and texting in one tool, and both sell a power dialer on a higher plan. Aloware is built around logging calls and texts back to a CRM, and adds managed calling compliance. JustCall lists more dialer modes, including a predictive dialer on its custom-quoted SalesPro plan. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site, and both records are thin on how the dialers behave in practice.

On Aloware it starts on the uPro plan, and the entry iPro plan does not include it. On JustCall it starts on Pro at $49 per user per month, and the Team plan does not list a dialer.
JustCall does. Its SalesPro plan lists a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines, and its site also lists auto and dynamic dialers. Aloware lists a power dialer with voicemail drops and mandatory dispositions, and we found no predictive dialer on its pages.
Aloware lists minimums of 10 users on iPro and 5 on uPro and xPro. JustCall lists 2 licenses on most plans and 10 on Business. A very small team will hit the Aloware minimums sooner.
Both text. Aloware lists business and bulk SMS, broadcasts and sequences, with managed A2P 10DLC registration at a $500 one-time fee. JustCall lists an SMS and MMS inbox, bulk messaging, SMS workflows and a WhatsApp inbox. Neither page tells us which one gets more replies.
Both list HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and HighLevel. On Aloware the Salesforce integration starts on xPro, and full API access starts on uPro. JustCall also lists Outreach and Apollo.io, while Aloware lists Gong, Clio and Guesty. Check which fields sync back before you pick.
Yes. Aloware offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card. JustCall offers 14 days with no credit card, and says the trial covers its AI features. Both are enough to test a dialer on a short list.
Aloware, according to its site. It lists NumberGuard for spam labels, CNAM, STIR/SHAKEN and branded caller ID, some of them paid add-ons. JustCall lists local presence and smart reattempt rules, but its pages do not describe a spam-label product.
Not directly, as neither has a native integration. You export contacts as a CSV, run the check, and load the High chance rows into an Aloware dialer list or a JustCall contact list. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free.
Put High chance contacts into the power dialer session, and send Low chance contacts to a text or email first, which both tools can do. Keep Bad data numbers off every list so no call or text goes to them.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
