CloudTalk includes a preview and power dialer on Expert at €49, or you can add a Power Dialer at €15 per user per month on annual billing. JustCall puts its power dialer on Pro at $49 per user per month billed annually. In both cases the lower plans do not include one.
CloudTalk lists a Parallel Dialer add-on at €39 per user per month on annual billing, on top of Expert. JustCall lists a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines on SalesPro, which is a custom quote. The two are different dialing modes, so check which one your team wants before comparing cost.
CloudTalk says a team can start with a single user, though Expert needs at least three users. JustCall lists a minimum of 2 licenses on Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro, and 10 on Business. A one-person team fits CloudTalk's lower plans, not JustCall's.
Yes. Both list a 14-day free trial with no credit card. CloudTalk's trial includes 50 AI voice agent minutes, and JustCall's pricing page says its trial includes 14 days of its AI features.
CloudTalk lists local and toll-free numbers in 160+ countries. JustCall lists local, international and toll-free numbers in 70+ countries. If your reps call outside the US, compare the exact countries on each vendor's site, since the records here do not list them.
Both list Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Outreach and Zapier. CloudTalk also lists Gong, Greenhouse and Bullhorn, and JustCall also lists Slack, Apollo.io and HighLevel. Both include call recording, IVR menus and AI features. CloudTalk adds WhatsApp and international SMS, plus AI voice agents billed by the minute. JustCall adds an SMS and MMS inbox, a WhatsApp inbox, bulk messaging and call coaching, with scoring starting on Pro Plus.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you check the contacts first by CSV, API or MCP, then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Bring the High chance contacts into CloudTalk's power or parallel dialer, or into a JustCall list for your power or predictive session. Send Low chance contacts to text, WhatsApp or email, and keep Bad data out of both dialers so no paid line goes to it. See each vendor's documentation for its import steps.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
