CloudTalk vs FrontSpin: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
CloudTalk and FrontSpin both offer a power dialer and a parallel dialer, but they are sold differently. CloudTalk is a cloud phone system with published euro prices, global numbers and call routing. FrontSpin is a dialer for inside sales teams with number rotation, and it sells by custom quote. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site, and where a record is thin we say so.

Frequently asked questions
CloudTalk is a cloud business phone system for sales and support teams, with dialers as part of the offer. FrontSpin is built around outbound calling for inside sales teams, with number management and cadence playbooks around the dialer. The vendor says FrontSpin is now part of TitanX.
Only CloudTalk can be priced from its site. It lists Lite at €19, Starter at €25, Essential at €29 and Expert at €49 per user per month on annual billing, with dialer add-ons extra. FrontSpin's pricing page lists no plans or prices, only a quote form, so you need a quote before comparing.
CloudTalk includes a preview and power dialer on Expert, sells a Power Dialer add-on at €15 per user per month and a Parallel Dialer add-on at €39 per user per month, both on annual billing. FrontSpin does not publish dialer pricing, so ask for it in your quote.
Yes. CloudTalk sells its Parallel Dialer as an add-on. FrontSpin describes an AI-assisted, low-latency parallel dialer that filters bad numbers and classifies leads. Neither record gives a line count per rep, so ask each vendor how many calls it places at once.
CloudTalk offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, including 50 AI voice agent minutes. The FrontSpin pages we read did not mention a trial and offered a live demo request instead, so ask FrontSpin directly if a trial matters.
CloudTalk lists more than 60 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Gong, Outreach and Salesloft. FrontSpin mentions a two-way CRM sync with Salesforce as an example and publishes no fuller list, so confirm your CRM with them.
FrontSpin puts this at the center, saying it scans and cleans numbers and rotates them automatically. CloudTalk lists branded caller ID in the US and UK as an add-on. These are vendor claims, so test answer rates on your own list.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you check the contacts first by CSV, then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Export the High chance rows as a CSV and import them. CloudTalk adds them to its power or parallel dialer through its contact list or campaigns. FrontSpin's public pages do not cover import steps, so ask them how to place the contacts at the top of the prioritized list.
With CloudTalk, send Low chance contacts to text or WhatsApp, which it supports. With FrontSpin, move them to the email or social steps of a cadence playbook. Keep Bad data contacts out of both dialer lists so no paid dialer time goes to them.
