Frequently asked questions
Both publish prices per user. Aircall lists Essentials at $30 and Professional at $50 per license per month, with a 3-license minimum on each. CloudTalk lists €19 to €49 per user per month on annual billing, in euros. Add-ons cost extra on both, so total the dialer you need.
Yes. Aircall lists its Power Dialer and outbound campaigns on the Professional plan. CloudTalk includes a preview and power dialer on Expert, and sells a separate Power Dialer add-on for other plans. Check the plan, because neither includes a dialer on its lowest tier.
CloudTalk lists a Parallel Dialer as an add-on, at €39 per user per month on annual billing, and it is not part of Expert. Aircall's pricing page lists a Power Dialer and outbound campaigns but no parallel dialer, so ask Aircall if you need one.
CloudTalk offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, including 50 AI voice agent minutes. Aircall's pricing page says new accounts get free access to test the platform, but it does not state how long that lasts, so confirm the terms at sign-up.
Aircall's Essentials and Professional plans each need at least 3 licenses, and Enterprise needs 25. CloudTalk says a team can start with a single user, though Expert requires at least three users. A team of one or two should look closely at those minimums.
Both list Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bullhorn, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Zapier and Make. CloudTalk also lists Zoho CRM, Dynamics 365 and Greenhouse. CloudTalk's standard CRM integrations and API are not on its Lite plan, so check the plan before you rely on a sync.
Neither has a native link. For both, you export contacts from your CRM as a CSV, check them with Will This Person Answer, and load the High chance contacts into the dialer. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card.
CloudTalk lists local and toll-free numbers in 160+ countries and says it suits teams calling several countries at once. Aircall's pricing page lists unlimited domestic outbound calling in the US and Canada, and international calling is a quote. Will This Person Answer checks US numbers only.
Both record calls and offer AI features. Aircall adds SMS and MMS, a shared inbox, AI call summaries and call coaching on Professional. CloudTalk adds call flows, IVR, live monitoring with listen, whisper and barge, WhatsApp and AI voice agents billed by the minute.
Keep Bad data contacts out of the dialer on either one. Move Low chance contacts to text. Aircall includes SMS and MMS from Essentials, and CloudTalk supports SMS and WhatsApp. Either way, only the High chance contacts take up dialer time.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
