Best Talkdesk alternatives for cold calling
People look for a Talkdesk alternative when a contact center platform is more than the job needs. The pricing page shows no prices and sends visitors to an expert, the platform is built around service operations, and a team that only wants to call prospects ends up paying for a lot of tooling it may not use. Here are five other options, from business phone systems with a power dialer to other contact center platforms, with what each vendor publishes.

Frequently asked questions
Five9, RingCentral, Nextiva, Aircall and Ringover. Five9 is the nearest in type, as a contact center platform. Nextiva sits in between with phone and contact center tools, while RingCentral, Aircall and Ringover are business phone systems that suit outbound sales teams.
Talkdesk shows no prices, so we cannot name a saving. Ringover publishes Talk at $19, Business at $49 and Unified at $69 per user per month. Aircall lists $30 and $50 per license, and Nextiva starts at $15. Ask Talkdesk for a quote on the same headcount before deciding.
Talkdesk is aimed at contact centers. Aircall and Ringover both show a 3-user or 3-license minimum, while Five9 shows 50 seats on its two priced bundles. Ringover puts its power dialer on Business, and Aircall puts its Power Dialer on Professional, so check which plan you need.
Ringover offers a 7-day trial for up to 5 users with 300 outbound minutes, started through its sales team. RingCentral gives new subscribers 14 days and up to 20 lines. Aircall says new accounts get free access but gives no length. Five9 and Nextiva mention demos only.
Five9. Like Talkdesk, it is a cloud contact center platform with voice and digital channels, recording and AI products, and neither shows prices for every plan. Five9 does publish $119 and $159 per seat for two bundles, though both carry a 50-seat minimum.
The records do not describe migration, so ask each vendor how it imports contacts and call history. Contact lists are the easy part, since you can export them as a CSV. Run one small team on the new tool before moving the rest of your agents across.
Talkdesk lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365 and Outreach, among others. Aircall names Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zendesk. Ringover lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Close. Confirm your own CRM on each integrations page before you commit.
Its home page names Agentic Outbound among its AI products, but the pricing page gives no costs for it. The alternatives that put a power dialer on a published plan are Aircall Professional and Ringover Business. Ask Talkdesk what Agentic Outbound includes.
Whichever platform you land on, it dials the list you give it. Will This Person Answer checks US numbers first and labels each one High chance, Low chance or Bad data, so agents spend their time on live lines. The first 250 contacts are free.
Every alternative has its own page here, written from the vendor's own site, with price, trial, integrations and limits. Read those first, then ask a short list of vendors for a demo or quote. Start with the one whose team size and pricing match yours.
