Klenty vs Salesloft: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Klenty and Salesloft both run outreach sequences, but they are sold quite differently. Klenty is a sales engagement platform aimed at phone-first SDR teams, with power and parallel dialers and public prices. Salesloft is a revenue platform covering cadences, conversation intelligence, deals and forecasting, with no published pricing. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site, and the Salesloft pages we read say little about dialing.

The short answer
Here is who each of Klenty and Salesloft suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You want calling inside the sequence, since Klenty lists a power dialer and a parallel dialer that rings several lines at once.
- You want to see prices before talking to anyone. Klenty publishes Starter at $50 a month, Growth at $70 a user a month and Plus at $99 a user a month, all billed annually.
- You want to try it first, since Klenty offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
- You want deal tracking, forecasting and analytics from the same vendor as your cadences, since Salesloft lists Deals, Clari Forecast, Inspect and Analytics.
- You want conversation intelligence listed as one of the account-team products alongside Cadence.
- You are happy to talk to sales first, since Salesloft shows no plans or prices and points to an intro call and a walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions
Only Klenty shows numbers. Its pricing page lists Starter at $50 a month, Growth at $70 a user a month and Plus at $99 a user a month, plus $45 a user a month for the parallel and power dialer. Salesloft publishes no prices, so you need a quote before you can compare.
The Salesloft pages we read describe a revenue platform and do not describe dialer features. Klenty lists a power dialer and a parallel dialer. If calling inside the tool matters, ask Salesloft what it supports before you buy.
Klenty offers a 14-day trial with no credit card, with up to 200 emails to prospects. The Salesloft pricing page does not mention a trial or a free plan, so ask sales directly whether one is available.
Klenty lists Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Slack, Hippo Video, Segment and Calendly. Salesloft names Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail and Outlook, plus an app directory and an API. Check each integration page for what syncs back.
Salesloft lists more beyond Cadence, including Conversation Intelligence, Deals, Rhythm, forecasting and Signals. Klenty adds AI call coaching, Connect AI for local presence and number rotation, and SMS and LinkedIn steps in its sequences.
For Klenty, partly. Growth lists 200 calling minutes and Plus lists 1,000, and the parallel and power dialer is a separate add-on. Salesloft publishes no pricing or minutes, so that question goes to their sales team.
Klenty speaks to SDR and outbound teams, especially phone-first ones. Salesloft names sales teams, account teams, sales executives, RevOps and sales operations. Neither page we read states a company size or seat minimum.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you export a CSV, check the contacts, then load the High chance ones back in. Only US phone numbers are checked, and the first 250 contacts are free.
In Klenty, put High chance contacts into power or parallel dialer steps and send Low chance contacts to email, LinkedIn or SMS. In Salesloft, give High chance contacts cadences with call steps and Low chance contacts email-led steps.
Keep them out of calling steps in both tools. A call task on a number that goes nowhere uses up a rep's time, so fix the data first or work those contacts through email and LinkedIn.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
