Klenty and Outplay are both sales engagement platforms that put calls, email and other steps into one sequence. Klenty sells a power and parallel dialer as a paid add-on, while Outplay lists a power dialer on its top plan. Both publish plan prices. The short answer
Here is who each of Klenty and Outplay suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You want a parallel dialer that rings several lines at once, since Klenty lists one and Outplay's pages we read do not.
- You want local presence, number rotation and reputation management for your calls, which Klenty groups under Connect AI.
- You are happy to pay the $45 a user a month dialer add-on on top of a plan, with 200 calling minutes on Growth or 1,000 on Plus.
- You want a free plan to start on, since Outplay lists Free Forever at $0 with click-to-dial and one seat.
- You want WhatsApp, video and website chat steps in the same sequence as email, phone, SMS and LinkedIn.
- You are prepared to be on the Enterprise plan at $139 per user per month, which is where Outplay lists its power dialer with voicemail.

Frequently asked questions
Outplay has the lower entry price, with Free Forever at $0 and Starter at $39 a month, against Klenty Starter at $50 a month. The gap closes once you add dialers. Klenty adds $45 a user a month for its dialer, and Outplay puts its power dialer on Enterprise at $139 per user per month.
Klenty lists a parallel dialer that rings several lines at once and a power dialer that works down a list. Outplay's pages that we read list a power dialer with voicemail on Enterprise, and do not mention a parallel dialer. Ask Outplay directly if parallel dialing matters to you.
Yes, both. Klenty offers a 14-day trial with no credit card, with up to 200 emails to prospects. Outplay offers a 7-day trial with no card that unlocks the full Growth plan, and the account then moves to Free Forever. Outplay's free plan means you can keep using it afterward.
Neither page states a seat minimum. Outplay has a free one-seat plan and a $39 a month Starter plan, so a very small team can start cheaply. Klenty Starter is $50 a month, but its page does not say whether that is per user or per account, so check before you count seats.
Both list Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics, plus Zapier, Slack and Calendly. Outplay also lists Gong and Apollo, and Klenty adds Segment and Hippo Video. Klenty's pricing page puts CRM integrations on Growth and above, so check which plan you need.
Both run email, calls, SMS and LinkedIn in one sequence. Outplay adds WhatsApp, video and website chat steps, call recording and revenue reporting. Klenty adds Connect AI for local presence and number rotation, plus AI call coaching with call scoring and live battlecards on its higher plans.
Klenty lists 200 calling minutes on Growth and 1,000 on Plus, and none for Starter. Outplay's pricing page treats calling minutes as an add-on with no listed price. For either one, ask what your calling volume would cost before you sign, because the pages we read do not spell it out.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you check the contacts first by CSV, then load the High chance contacts into a Klenty dialer sequence or an Outplay sequence with call steps. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Export your prospects as a CSV and check them, then build the list from the High chance rows. In Klenty, put them in your power or parallel dialer sequence. In Outplay, enroll them in a sequence with call steps. Both vendors document their own imports, so follow those steps.
Put High chance contacts into the dialer or call steps, move Low chance contacts to email, SMS or LinkedIn steps, and leave Bad data out of phone steps. Both platforms run several channels in one sequence, so a Low chance contact can stay in the tool without spending dialer time or calling minutes.
