Klenty vs Outreach: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Klenty and Outreach are both sales engagement platforms, but they are sold for different jobs. Klenty is a sequence tool for outbound teams with power and parallel dialers as an add-on. Outreach describes an AI platform for revenue teams covering prospecting, deals, forecasting and coaching, and the pages we read do not describe a dialer. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site.

- You want one platform that runs from prospecting through deal management, forecasting and coaching, with AI agents that research accounts and flag deals at risk.

Frequently asked questions
Klenty is built around outbound sequences with a dialer suite, and its home page speaks to phone-first SDR teams. Outreach describes an AI platform for revenue teams that spans prospecting, deal management, forecasting and coaching. They overlap on sales engagement, but the emphasis differs.
Klenty lists a power dialer and a parallel dialer, plus local presence and number rotation. The Outreach pages we read on Oct 12, 2026 do not describe a dialer or voice calling, so ask Outreach what phone features each package includes before you plan around it.
Only for Klenty. Its pricing page lists three plans and a $45 a user a month dialer add-on. Outreach shows four packages with AI credits but no dollar amounts, and you request custom pricing. Expect to get a quote to compare cost.
Klenty offers a 14-day trial with no credit card, with up to 200 emails to prospects. The Outreach pricing page does not mention a free trial, only buttons to request pricing.
Klenty is tiered, billed annually, with calling minutes included on Growth (200) and Plus (1,000). Outreach bills per user and adds a pool of AI credits, from 10,000 on Amplify Essentials to 100,000 on Pro, with extra credit packs available.
Outreach lists conversation intelligence, forecasting and agents for deal risk. Klenty lists AI call coaching with call scoring and manager dashboards on the higher plans, but it does not describe forecasting. Neither page gives results data we could verify.
Klenty lists Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Slack, Hippo Video, Segment and Calendly. The Outreach pages we read name Slack only, so the record is thin. Check Outreach's integration list for your CRM before you decide.
Not in the pages we read. Klenty does not state a company size or seat limit, and Outreach does not state which company sizes it targets. A trial helps with Klenty, while Outreach will need a conversation with the vendor.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you export a CSV, check the numbers, and bring the results back. Only US phone numbers are checked, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
With Klenty, send High chance contacts to the power or parallel dialer steps and Low chance contacts to email, LinkedIn or SMS steps. With Outreach, have reps work High chance contacts first and use email or LinkedIn steps for Low chance. Remove Bad data from both.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
