Yes, as an add-on. The pricing page lists the Parallel Dialer at €39 per user per month on annual billing, and it is not included in Expert. Parallel dialing places several calls at once for each rep.
Yes. It offers a 14-day free trial of the phone system with no credit card required, and the trial includes 50 AI voice agent minutes. That is enough to test the dialer setup before you pay.
Its integrations page lists more than 60 tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Dynamics 365, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Greenhouse and Bullhorn. It also links to Zapier, Make and API documentation.

Not natively. You move data by file: export contacts from your CRM, run the CSV through Will This Person Answer, and import the High chance rows into a CloudTalk dialer campaign. Only US numbers are checked, and 250 contacts are free without a card.
Each contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. Bring the High chance contacts into CloudTalk's power or parallel dialer. See CloudTalk's documentation for how to import a list. One credit checks one contact.
Move Low chance contacts to text or WhatsApp, which CloudTalk supports, or to email. Leave Bad data contacts out of the dialing session so no paid dialer time goes to numbers that are unlikely to connect.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
