Frequently asked questions
KrispCall lists lower seat prices, at $12, $32 and $48 per user per month billed annually, against MightyCall's $20, $38, $54 and $65. KrispCall's Power Dialer is an add-on with no published price, and usage beyond its allowances is billed extra, so get a full quote from both before comparing.
Yes, on higher tiers only. MightyCall adds preview and progressive dialers on Power and a predictive dialer on Enterprise. KrispCall sells a Power Dialer as an add-on for Advance and Max, and its feature page carries a Beta label. KrispCall lists no predictive dialer.
MightyCall lists a 7-day free trial with 100 minutes of calling to US and Canadian numbers and full Auto Dialer access. The KrispCall pages we read did not state a free trial, only a 14-day refund on subscription plans that excludes add-ons. Ask KrispCall for a demo of the dialer.
It depends on size. KrispCall's Starter plan covers up to 5 users, but it has no dialer or call recording. MightyCall lists a 3-user minimum on Core and Pro and 5 on Enterprise, with recording on every plan. Neither page gives a team-size recommendation, so ask each vendor.
Both list Salesforce and HubSpot. KrispCall also names Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong among more than 100 integrations, and says Salesforce is not on Starter. MightyCall names Balto and Zapier and offers an API on every plan. Check what syncs back to the record.
MightyCall says call recording is included in all four plans. KrispCall starts recording, call transfer and transcripts on the Advance plan, so Starter has none. If you only need recordings and not a dialer, that changes which entry plan you look at.
Both list live monitoring. MightyCall lists listen, whisper and barge in from its supervisor tools, with analytics from Pro. KrispCall lists monitoring, whispering and barging, with recordings and transcripts from Advance for review afterward. The records here do not compare how deep the coaching goes.
No. Neither documents a native link, so you check the contacts first by CSV, then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. Will This Person Answer checks US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
For MightyCall, import the High chance contacts into the campaign your preview or progressive dialer runs. For KrispCall, use bulk contact import or your connected CRM, then set them as the Power Dialer queue. Both vendors' own documentation has the exact steps.
Hold Low chance contacts for a later pass or another channel. With KrispCall you can text them from the same number, since texting is built in. Leave Bad data contacts out of both dialers so no agent time or call minutes go to them.
