KrispCall vs Ringover: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
KrispCall and Ringover are both cloud phone systems that sell a power dialer on their higher plans, and both publish per-user prices. KrispCall sells the dialer as an add-on with no listed price and a Beta label on its feature page. Ringover puts its power dialer on the Business plan and adds call campaigns. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site, and notes where a page says little.

The short answer
Here is who each of KrispCall and Ringover suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You want to start small, since KrispCall lists a Starter plan at $12 per user per month billed annually for up to 5 users.
- You want calls and texts in one shared inbox, with call whispering and barging for coaching.
- You are fine paying for the Power Dialer as a separate add-on on Advance or Max, and asking for its price.
- You want the power dialer included in a plan, since Ringover lists it on Business at $49 per user per month.
- You recruit, and want a phone system that lists Bullhorn, Loxo and JobAdder among its integrations.
- You want to work through lists as call campaigns assigned to several users, with a parallel dialer also in the feature list.

Frequently asked questions
Ringover lists its power dialer on the Business plan at $49 per user per month, excluding taxes. KrispCall lists its Power Dialer as an add-on for Advance ($32 per user per month billed annually) and Max ($48), and does not publish the add-on price. Ask KrispCall for the full number.
Ringover's pricing page shows a 12-month commitment and a 3-user minimum on its plans, and 50 users for Enterprise. KrispCall lists monthly prices next to annual ones and a 14-day refund on subscription plans, which does not cover add-ons, numbers or credits. Check both terms pages before you sign.
Ringover describes a 7-day free trial for up to 5 users with 300 outbound minutes, started through its sales team. The KrispCall pages we read did not state a free trial, only the 14-day refund. Ask KrispCall for a demo if you want to see the dialer first.
Ringover describes itself as built for sales and recruitment teams and lists Bullhorn, Loxo and JobAdder as integrations. KrispCall lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, and the pages we read name no applicant tracking systems. If your records live in an applicant tracking system, check the integration lists first.
KrispCall bills calling and texting beyond the included allowances, and US and Canada texting needs brand and campaign registration fees. Ringover's pricing page shows per-user prices excluding taxes, and our records do not say how it bills usage beyond them. Ask each vendor for a full quote.
KrispCall lists live monitoring, whispering and barging, with recording and transcripts from Advance up. Ringover lists call recording on Talk and coaching and advanced analytics on Business, plus a separate product, Empower, for call scoring.
Ringover's feature list includes a parallel dialer, though our records do not say which plan carries it. KrispCall's Power Dialer works through a list in priority order and skips unanswered calls, and the pages we read do not describe a parallel mode.
No. Neither vendor documents a native link, so you check the contacts first by CSV, API or MCP, then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
For KrispCall, bring the High chance rows in through bulk contact import or your connected CRM and set them as the Power Dialer queue. For Ringover, load them into a call campaign or the power dialer. Both vendors point to their help centers for the exact import steps.
Both include texting, so send Low chance contacts a text or an email instead of using call minutes. Leave Bad data contacts out of every campaign so no dialing time goes to numbers that are unlikely to be reached.
