Best PhoneBurner alternatives for cold calling
Teams usually start looking for a PhoneBurner alternative once the plan price stops being the whole bill. Spam protection, Connect Scores and extra numbers are paid add-ons, monthly contact import is capped by plan, and the dialer works a list one call at a time. This page covers five other tools in this directory and what each vendor publishes about price, trials and team size, so you can see which of those limits you would actually trade away.

Frequently asked questions
The reasons come from PhoneBurner's own pages. Add-ons cost extra, monthly contact import is capped by plan, recording storage varies by plan, and it dials one contact at a time. None of that makes it a weak dialer. It just matters more to some teams than others.
This directory lists Kixie, ConnectAndSell, TitanX, Orum and Nooks. Kixie is another power dialer, Orum and Nooks describe parallel dialing, and ConnectAndSell uses human brokers. TitanX scores a list before you dial and sits beside your dialer rather than replacing it.
We cannot name one. PhoneBurner is the only tool in this group that publishes plan prices. Kixie's pricing page shows no dollar amounts, Orum's prices come from a form, and ConnectAndSell, TitanX and Nooks give no prices. Get quotes, then add PhoneBurner's add-ons to compare fairly.
Orum's pricing page shows a 9-seat minimum, so it may not fit two or three reps. Kixie lists a 7-day free trial with no card. Nooks and ConnectAndSell need a quote or a sales conversation first, and TitanX starts with a 30-day paid pilot.
Kixie lists a 7-day free trial with no credit card. ConnectAndSell offers a free one-day guided Test Drive Experience. Orum's free trial stops at 500 dials. TitanX has no free trial and starts with a 30-day paid pilot. Nooks asks you to contact the team for a quote.
Kixie. It is also a power dialer for sales teams, with a free trial, native links to HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, and a texting option. The main difference is that its higher plan can dial up to four numbers at once, and its pricing page shows no dollar amounts.
Contacts reach PhoneBurner by CSV or XLSX import or a CRM sync, so if your records live in a CRM they stay there. Orum can also dial from a Salesforce report, a HubSpot list or an imported CSV. Ask any vendor how it takes a list before you switch.
Kixie, Orum and Nooks all list Salesforce and HubSpot among their integrations. Orum also lists Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and Apollo. ConnectAndSell's public pages we read list no CRM integrations, so ask how contacts get in and out. TitanX lists a Salesforce integration.
TitanX scores each contact High, Low or Bad intent to answer, and Nooks says it filters bad data before dialing and prioritizes verified mobile numbers. Orum's Scout phone data product was a waitlist sign-up when we checked. ConnectAndSell includes phone number enrichment in its plans.
A dialer can only ring what it is given, so a dead line costs a dial on any of them. Will This Person Answer checks US phone numbers only, before you load them, and returns High chance, Low chance or Bad data. It works by CSV, API or MCP, and 250 contacts are free.
