Nooks
An AI dialer with parallel dialing, plus sequencing, buyer signals and coaching, that connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
Nooks is a sales platform built around an AI dialer. The dialer rings many numbers at the same time and detects a pickup within milliseconds, and it can also run slower one-to-one calling. It drops voicemails and logs calls and notes for the rep.

What is Nooks?
Nooks is a sales platform built around an AI dialer. The dialer rings many numbers at the same time and detects a pickup within milliseconds, and it can also run slower one-to-one calling. It drops voicemails and logs calls and notes for the rep.
Around the dialer it sells AI sequencing for email, calls and social touches, signals and account research, and call coaching. It says it also filters bad data before dialing and prioritizes verified mobile numbers.
Who it’s for
Nooks is built for SDR teams that dial a lot and already live in Salesforce or HubSpot. The parallel dialer rings many numbers at once and connects the rep when a person picks up, and the same product adds sequencing, account research and call coaching. Teams on Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo can run it on top of those instead of replacing them.

Where Nooks fits in your calling
Nooks already tries to filter bad data and rank by verified mobiles before it dials. Will This Person Answer adds a separate check on whether each contact is likely to pick up, so you can decide who goes into a Nooks session and who gets email instead.

SDR teams that dial a lot and already work in Salesforce or HubSpot. Teams on Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo can run it on top of those instead of replacing them. A team that mostly sends email would be paying for a dialer it rarely uses.
Its dialer page lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Gong, with native integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot. Its dialer and pricing pages also name Cognism, LeadIQ, Datagma and ZoomInfo as data providers, and its support article names Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot and Apollo as the sequencer connections.
Its dialer page says bad data is filtered out before dialing and verified mobile numbers are prioritized. We did not record how that filter decides, so ask Nooks what it removes before you rely on it.
Its pricing page FAQ says other CRMs can use the AI Dialer through CSV upload. Its integrations help article does not mention CSV import. The details of how upload works are not documented, so ask Nooks before you plan around it.
No. Nooks takes its contacts from your CRM or sequencer, so the check runs on those contacts by CSV, API or MCP before a session. US phone numbers only. The first 250 contacts are free and no card is required.
Pick the list or cadence you plan to run in Nooks, such as one from Salesforce or Outreach, and check those contacts. Each comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. It adds a check on whether each contact is likely to pick up, separate from Nooks's own bad data filtering.
In your own CRM or sequencer, write the result to a field on the contact (Nooks does not document this step), so you can filter the list you run in Nooks. Run High chance contacts in a parallel session, put Low chance in a multi-channel sequence, and send Bad data to Email & LinkedIn steps.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
