What is Orum?
Orum is a dialer built for SDR and BDR teams. Its dialer, called Operator, can run up to five lines at once and connects the rep to whoever picks up, and it handles phone trees, screeners and voicemail drops.
Alongside the dialer it has Scout, a phone data product that pulls from your CRM, third-party sources and call outcomes to find numbers that answer (its page was a waitlist when we checked), and Coach, which scores calls and runs practice sessions.
Who it’s for
Orum is aimed at SDR and BDR teams, particularly ones already on Salesforce or HubSpot, that spend their day dialing. The dialer runs several lines at once and deals with phone trees and screeners. That makes it a sensible choice when the main cost is reps listening to rings.
