Frequently asked questions
KrispCall is a cloud business phone system. It combines calls, texts, voicemail and notes in a shared inbox, with virtual numbers, call routing, recording and live monitoring. Sales teams can add a Power Dialer for outbound lists on its higher plans.
On Oct 12, 2026 its pricing page showed Starter at $12 per user per month billed annually, Advance at $32 and Max at $48. Monthly billing was $15, $40 and $60. Enterprise is custom, and calling and texting beyond the allowances cost extra.
Yes. Its Power Dialer loads a list, dials in priority order, skips unanswered calls and can send ringless voicemails. The pricing page lists it as an add-on for Advance and Max, and the feature page carries a Beta label.
The pages we read did not state a free trial. They do offer a 14-day refund on subscription plans, which does not cover add-ons, numbers or credits. Ask for a demo if you want to see the Power Dialer before you pay.
Its pricing page lists more than 100 integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, HighLevel, Close, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make and n8n. It also lists Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong. Salesforce is not on the Starter plan.
Yes. The vendor lists call monitoring, whispering and barging, so a manager can listen to a live call, speak to the agent privately or join the call. Recording and transcripts, on Advance and above, support review afterward.
No. Neither vendor documents a native link, so the connection is manual. Export your contacts as a CSV, check them, and load the results into KrispCall's Power Dialer or your CRM. Only US phone numbers are checked, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card.
Each contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. Bring the High chance contacts into KrispCall through bulk contact import or your CRM and set them as the Power Dialer queue. One credit checks one contact.
Send Low chance contacts a text from your KrispCall number, since texting is built in, or follow up by email. Leave Bad data contacts out of the campaign so you do not spend call minutes on them.
Starter and Advance include a set number of outbound minutes per user, and Max is unlimited under a fair usage policy. Dials to numbers that will not answer still use a rep's time, so checking first keeps both for the people worth calling.
