Best CallRail alternatives for cold calling
Teams look past CallRail for a few concrete reasons. It tracks and analyzes calls but does not place them, usage fees for numbers, minutes, SMS and transcription come on top of the plan price, and call summaries and sentiment analysis sit on the higher Lead Conversion plans. This page covers four other tools and says what each vendor publishes about price, trials and integrations.

Frequently asked questions
From the vendor's own pages, the common ones are practical. CallRail does not dial, usage fees are billed on top of plans that start at $50 a month, and summaries and sentiment analysis need a Lead Conversion plan. None of this makes it a weak product for inbound tracking.
Jiminny, Aircall, JustCall and CloudTalk. Jiminny is built around analyzing sales calls, while the other three are cloud phone systems with dialing and recording. They solve different parts of the job, so pick by whether you need analysis or an actual phone line.
Compare the same headcount and usage before deciding. JustCall publishes plans from $29 per user per month billed annually, and CloudTalk lists euro plans from 19 per user per month. Jiminny shows no prices. Each of them bills differently from CallRail, so a lower headline number is not a saving by itself.
Check minimums first. JustCall lists a minimum of 2 licenses on most plans, and Aircall needs 3 licenses on Essentials and Professional. CloudTalk's Expert plan needs at least 3 users. CallRail's record states no seat minimum, and Jiminny publishes no plan terms, so ask both.
JustCall and Jiminny both offer a 14-day trial with no credit card, and CloudTalk gives 14 days free including 50 AI voice agent minutes. Aircall says new accounts get free access to test the platform but states no length. CallRail also offers 14 days with no card.
None of the four is a direct copy. Jiminny comes closest on call recording, transcripts and analysis, though it focuses on sales calls and meetings, not marketing attribution. The three phone systems cover calling and recording but are not described as attribution tools.
We cannot say from the vendors' pages, which do not describe migration. Your tracking numbers, recordings and attribution history live in CallRail, so plan what you need to keep before you cancel. Run the new tool beside it on a small group of numbers first.
Partly. HubSpot and Salesforce appear in every integration list here, including CallRail's. The ad platform links that CallRail lists, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, are not listed for these four. Check the integrations page for your ad and CRM stack before you move.
Yes. Because CallRail does not dial, some teams keep it for tracking and add a phone system or dialer for outbound work. Jiminny's integrations list includes Aircall and CloudTalk, so analysis can sit on top of a phone system.
