A waterfall enrichment tool that finds work emails and mobile numbers by checking 20+ data providers in sequence. If one source has nothing or fails validation, it tries the next, and you are charged only when valid data is found.
Plans are monthly and credit-based. Starter is $15 with 200 credits, Pro starts at $49 with 1,000 credits, and Enterprise starts at $799. An email costs 1 credit and a mobile number costs 10. Annual billing gives 2 months free.
New sign-ups get 50 free credits with no credit card required, according to its pricing page. That is enough to test a small batch of emails or a few mobile numbers before choosing a plan.
A feature that scores phone numbers by how likely they are to connect and sorts them into buckets. On Pro and Enterprise, bad-data and low-propensity numbers are free, and you pay for the top bucket. The scoring is the vendor's own.
Its home page lists carrier, HLR and live ping checks for mobile numbers. For emails it runs syntax, MX, SMTP and catch-all detection. It says invalid data is not charged.

Yes. Per its pricing page, unused credits roll over to the next month, capped at twice your subscribed amount. Annual plans extend roll-over to 12 months.
Not natively. You move the file yourself: enrich in BetterContact, export the mobile numbers as a CSV, then upload that file to Will This Person Answer. US numbers only are checked, and the first 250 contacts cost nothing.
BetterContact scores numbers it finds, using its own method. Will This Person Answer checks any list you upload and returns High chance, Low chance or Bad data. Using both gives you two views of the same number before you dial.
Send Low chance contacts to email or another channel, and leave Bad data contacts out of calling entirely. That keeps dialing time on the High chance numbers, and you avoid paying credits to enrich numbers you will not use.
Know who’ll answer
