Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Orum and Koncert are both dialers that can ring several lines at once, and neither publishes prices. Orum is a dialer for SDR and BDR teams with its own phone data and coaching products. The short answer
Here is who each of Orum and Koncert suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You want to try the dialer first, since Orum lists a free trial limited to 500 dials.
- You dial from a Salesforce report, a HubSpot list, Outreach call tasks or an imported CSV, and want number enrichment for prospects with no callable number.
- Your team has at least nine reps, since the Orum pricing page shows a 9-seat minimum.
- You want a single-line dialer and a parallel dialer sold as separate plans, with Melody and Melody+ for single-line calling and Symphony and Symphony+ for multi-line calling.
- You want sequences that mix phone, email, video and social steps in the same platform as the dialer.
- You want caller ID management with local presence by area code, plus a remote salesfloor with live listen and whisper.

Frequently asked questions
Neither vendor publishes prices. Orum shows per-user pricing billed annually with a 9-seat minimum, and you fill in a form to get the numbers. Koncert asks you to contact the company for a plan customized to your team. You will need a quote from both to compare cost.
Yes. Orum's dialer, Operator, can run up to five lines at once or one line at a time in power dialing mode. Koncert's AI Parallel Dialer runs 1 to 4 lines on Symphony and 1 to 5 lines on Symphony+, and its AI Flow Dialer is the single-line option.
Orum lists a free trial limited to 500 dials, and its pricing page says paid plans do not limit dials. The Koncert pricing page does not mention a free trial, only a demo request and contact options. Ask Koncert directly if a trial matters to you.
Orum's pricing page shows a 9-seat minimum, so a team of two or three may not fit how it is sold. Koncert publishes no seat minimum, but it also publishes no prices, so a small team should ask for a quote from each before deciding.
Both list Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong and Apollo. Orum also lists Salesloft and webhooks, and Koncert lists SalesLoft and Slack. Check each vendor's integration page for what syncs back to the record before you choose.
Orum adds Scout for finding numbers that answer, which was a waitlist when we checked, and Coach for call scoring. Koncert adds Koncert Cadence for multi-channel sequences, coaching, call recording and a remote salesfloor. Several Koncert extras, such as the AI voice agent, are separate power-ups.
Orum has an Enrich option for prospects with no callable number and Scout for finding numbers. Koncert lists phone propensity scoring, human-verified contact data and waterfall data enrichment, with waterfall enrichment sold as a power-up. Neither page explains how those decisions are made, so ask each vendor.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you check the contacts first by CSV, API or MCP, then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Orum dials from a Salesforce report, a HubSpot list, Outreach call tasks or an imported CSV, so build the list from the High chance rows. For Koncert, load them into the list your reps dial using the import or CRM sync your team already uses.
Put High chance contacts into the parallel session or Orum list, move Low chance contacts into a mixed sequence or Koncert Cadence, and send Bad data to email and LinkedIn. Keep Bad data out of dialer lists so no line is spent on it.
