Koncert vs Nooks: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Koncert and Nooks both sell dialers that can ring several numbers at once, and neither publishes prices. Koncert is a sales engagement platform built around the phone, with separate single-line and parallel dialer plans and a cadence product. Nooks is an AI dialer with sequencing, account research and call coaching around it. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site, and where our records are thin it says so.

The short answer
Here is who each of Koncert and Nooks suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You want single-line and parallel dialing sold as separate plans, with Melody and Melody+ for one line and Symphony and Symphony+ for multi-line calling.
- You want a published line count, since Koncert lists 1 to 4 lines on Symphony and 1 to 5 lines on Symphony+.
- You want sequences that mix phone, email, video and social steps, plus caller ID management with local presence by area code.
- You already work in Salesforce or HubSpot, since Nooks lists native integrations with both and says calls and notes are logged for the rep.
- You run Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo and want a dialer on top of it, which Nooks says it supports.
- You want number rotation with reputation monitoring and a dialer that says it filters bad data and prioritizes verified mobile numbers before dialing.

Frequently asked questions
Neither vendor publishes prices, so we cannot say. Koncert asks you to contact the company for a plan customized to your team, and Nooks asks you to contact the team for a quote. Koncert also sells several add-ons called power-ups without listed prices, so ask what your quote includes.
Koncert's pricing page lists 1 to 4 lines on Symphony and 1 to 5 lines on Symphony+. Our Nooks record says its dialer rings many numbers at the same time but does not record a line count, so ask Nooks if the number matters to you.
Koncert's pricing page does not mention a free trial, only a demo request and contact options. Nooks asks you to contact the team for a quote and our record does not mention a trial. Ask both sales teams directly.
Yes. Koncert adds Koncert Cadence for phone, email, video and social sequences, coaching, call recording and a remote salesfloor. Nooks adds AI sequencing, signals and account research, call coaching and a Virtual Salesfloor with live call shadowing and whisper coaching.
Both list Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo. Koncert also lists Slack and Gong, and Nooks lists Cognism, LeadIQ, Datagma and ZoomInfo as data providers. Check each integrations page for what writes back to the record.
Koncert lists phone propensity scoring, human-verified contact data and waterfall data enrichment, with enrichment sold as a power-up. Nooks says it filters bad data before dialing and prioritizes verified mobile numbers. Our records do not explain how either decides, so ask each vendor.
Both mention it. Koncert lists managed caller ID with local presence by area code and a health view. Nooks says it rotates numbers and monitors their reputation. Neither record shows how the reputation is scored.
Our Koncert record does not document a CSV import, so ask Koncert how contacts get into a dialer list. Nooks mentions CSV upload only in its pricing page FAQ, as a way for other CRMs to use the AI Dialer, and its help article does not cover it.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you check the contacts first by CSV, API or MCP and then load the High chance contacts into your dialer. Will This Person Answer checks US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Run High chance contacts in the parallel dialer or Nooks session, move Low chance contacts into a Koncert Cadence or a Nooks multi-channel sequence, and send Bad data to email and LinkedIn. Keep Bad data out of dialer lists so no line is spent on it.
