Kaspr vs SignalHire: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
Kaspr and SignalHire both find phone numbers and emails for people you want to reach, and both have a free plan. Kaspr is built around a LinkedIn Chrome extension and pitches European contact data. SignalHire returns emails and phone numbers in one lookup and adds bulk runs, an API and CRM and ATS sync. Neither page tells you whether a number gets answered, and both pricing pages leave some figures unclear, so this page sticks to what each vendor says on its own site.

The short answer
Here is who each of Kaspr and SignalHire suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.

Frequently asked questions
We cannot say. Kaspr shows paid prices per user in several currencies without labeling them monthly or annual. SignalHire lists paid Emails, Phones and Emails & Phones plans billed monthly or annually, and its credit counts are not clear for every plan. Check both pricing pages before you budget.
Kaspr's Free plan lists 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits per month. SignalHire's free plan needs no card and lists 5 contact retrievals, or 10 credits a month with the browser extension installed. Both are enough to test data on a few people.
Neither record gives a basis for ranking them. SignalHire claims phone coverage for up to 80 percent of people, and Kaspr says its data comes from over 150 sources. Both are the vendors' own claims, so run the same small sample of your list through each.
Kaspr meters phone and direct email lookups on every tier below Enterprise, with yearly allowances such as 1,200 on Starter and 2,400 on Business. SignalHire charges one credit per profile and only on a successful result, but its plan credit counts are less clear.
SignalHire lists a Person API for lookups by profile URL, email or phone, plus a Search API. Kaspr links to an API from its homepage footer and its pricing page lists API access as unavailable on Free. For Kaspr limits or endpoints, read its own documentation.
Both name recruiters as users. Kaspr lists Recruiter Lite among its integrations. SignalHire names Recruiting as one of its two solutions and lists ATS syncs such as Zoho Recruit and Recruitee. Match the one that connects to the tools your team already uses.
Kaspr's pricing page lists Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite and Salesforce, and we found no fuller list. SignalHire's homepage names Salesforce, Zoho Recruit, Pipedrive, Recruitee and ActiveCampaign and says it works with 25 or more tools. Confirm your CRM with each vendor.
No. Both tools find contact details, and neither says whether a line is active or likely to pick up. That is a separate question, and it is what Will This Person Answer checks for US numbers.
No, neither has a native integration. Export the contacts from either tool as a CSV and upload it to Will This Person Answer. Each row comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Merge the exports, keep one US mobile per person, and check the file once. Call the High chance contacts, send Low chance contacts to email or LinkedIn, and leave Bad data out of your calling list so you stop spending lookups on it.
