11x vs Artisan: which is right for you?
Features, pricing and fit, compared from a cold calling point of view. Not affiliated with either tool.
11x and Artisan both sell AI workers that run outbound for you, and neither shows a dollar price on the pages we could read. 11x offers two workers, Alice for outbound and Julian for inbound leads, across email, phone calls, chat, social, SMS and WhatsApp. Artisan offers Ava, an AI business development rep that finds leads, sends outreach and books meetings, with B2B data and a dialer in the same platform. This page sets out what each vendor says on its own site.

The short answer
Here is who each of 11x and Artisan suits best, from what each vendor says on its own site.
- You also want to handle inbound leads, since 11x has Julian for speed to lead, qualification and automated meeting scheduling.
- You want an AI phone agent that places consented outbound calls, which the 11x site lists along with call deliverability and number management.
- You use Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho and want a native two-way CRM sync that logs emails, replies, call status and transcripts.
- You want lead data in the same platform, since Artisan describes a database of more than 250 million verified B2B contacts with filters for title, industry and geography.
- You want a person to stay in the loop, with approvals, tone and call-to-action locks and escalation rules on what Ava sends.
- You are a startup or small team without an SDR and want a separate Artisan page written for your size, or an enterprise buyer who needs the published SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML and audit logs.

Pricing
No pricing is published on the site. It directs visitors to request a live demo to ask about cost.
See 11x pricingCredit-based pricing with plan tiers from startups to enterprise, scoped to lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats. The pricing page text we could read shows no dollar prices, so a quote or demo is the way to get a number.

Frequently asked questions
We cannot say. The 11x site shows no pricing page and tells visitors to request a live demo to ask about cost. Artisan describes credit-based plans scoped to lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats, but the page text we could read showed no dollar prices. You will need a quote from both.
11x sells two AI digital workers. Alice handles outbound work such as prospect research and sequences, and Julian handles inbound leads. Artisan sells Ava, an AI business development rep that finds and enriches leads, writes and sends outreach, replies to responses and books meetings.
11x does, through Julian, which qualifies and routes new leads and books meetings, and can place an automatic call when a new lead appears in the CRM. Artisan describes Ava as an outbound rep, and the Artisan records we have do not mention an inbound worker.
11x lists an AI phone agent and consented outbound calling. Artisan lists a dialer in its platform and scopes plans partly by dialer seats, but its public pages say little about how calling works. Ask Artisan in a demo how the dialer fits your outbound workflow.
Artisan does. Its site describes more than 250 million verified B2B contacts, with emails, direct dials and firmographics. The 11x records we have describe research and signals feeding each message but do not describe a contact database, so ask 11x where its leads come from.
11x lists native CRM connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho, plus Slack, G2 and an API. Artisan's records mention calendar integration for booking meetings, but no CRM connector list, so confirm which CRMs it supports before you choose.
11x states SOC 2 compliance and end-to-end encryption of customer data, and links a trust center. Artisan lists SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML and audit logs for enterprise buyers. Both are vendor claims, so have your security team review the documents directly.
No. Neither has a native integration, so you export your contacts as a CSV, check them, then load the results back through your CRM or the vendor's own tools. Will This Person Answer checks US phone numbers only, and the first 250 contacts are free with no card required.
Each US contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. 11x can call through its AI phone agent and Artisan lists direct dials and a dialer, so a dead or wrong number wastes an attempt. Calling High chance contacts first avoids spending attempts on numbers unlikely to be picked up.
Send High chance contacts into 11x sequences that include calling, or to your reps or dialer from Artisan. Keep Low chance contacts on email or other channels, and remove Bad data contacts before they are loaded so no call or sequence step is spent on them.
