Frequently asked questions
SignalHire is a contact-finding platform for recruiters, sales professionals and marketers. A lookup returns the emails and phone numbers it holds for a person, and you can use it from a browser extension, bulk runs or an API.
Its homepage says one credit returns all available contacts for a profile and is charged only on a successful result. A lookup that finds nothing should not use a credit, though its pricing page is the place to confirm current terms.
Yes. Its pricing page lists a free plan with no credit card needed. It allows 5 contact retrievals, and the browser extension adds 10 free credits each month, so it is enough to test the data on a few people.
It has a free plan, paid Emails, Phones and Emails & Phones plans billed monthly or annually, and a Scale plan with custom pricing. Paid plans include unlimited users, so a team shares contacts. Check the page for current figures.
It returns direct dials and personal and work phone numbers where it has them, and its site claims phone coverage for up to 80 percent of people. Those are its own figures, so test a sample of your own list.
Yes. Its homepage says you can enrich or export up to 1,000 people or companies per run, and the API supports lookups by profile URL, email or phone. Larger lists mean several runs.
Its homepage names Salesforce, Zoho Recruit, Pipedrive, Recruitee and ActiveCampaign, and says it works with 25 or more tools. It can also sync contacts into a CRM or ATS and falls back to CSV export.
No native integration is documented. The two connect by file: export the people and phone numbers from SignalHire as a CSV, upload it to Will This Person Answer, and use the results to decide who to call. Only US numbers are checked.
No. SignalHire tells you a number exists for a person. It does not tell you whether the line is active or likely to be answered, which is what Will This Person Answer checks for US numbers.
Each contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data. Call the High chance contacts first, send Low chance contacts to email or LinkedIn, and leave Bad data numbers out of your dialing list. One credit checks one contact.
Know who’ll answer
before you call.
Ask your AI tool who on your list will pick up. Every contact comes back High chance, Low chance or Bad data, with the best way to reach them.
No card required. US phone numbers only.
