How to use it.

  1. 1

    Keep one row per person

    If a contact has two numbers, keep the one you'd dial first in phone and remove the rest, or add a second row.

  2. 2

    Fill first and last name

    The check confirms the number belongs to the name, so blank names cost you the most useful signal.

  3. 3

    Write numbers in E.164

    +1 followed by ten digits, no spaces. Most formats are accepted, but E.164 avoids surprises.

  4. 4

    Keep a record ID

    It's how you'll join the checked file back to your CRM.

  5. 5

    Check, then split

    Dial High chance and Low chance. Send Bad data to email and LinkedIn.

Do I need to use these exact column names?

No. When you upload a CSV, the name and phone columns are found for you. These names just make the file easy to reuse.

Can I add my own columns?

Yes. Every original column comes back in the checked file, in the same order.
